“THE AMAZING RACE 13,” 7 p.m., KCNC-Channel 4 — The globe-trotting reality show begins another race with 11 teams competing for cash. Players include an ex-NFL player, a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader, two fraternity brothers and two older hippies.
