Boulder County investigators don’t think foul play was involved in the death of man whose body was pulled from McCall Lake today.
Cmdr. Phil West said authorities will identify the man, described only as in his mid-50s, on Friday, once next of kin have been notified.
An autopsy also is planned for Friday.
A fisherman found the body in McCall Lake north of Boulder at 63rd Street and the Ute Highway and called 9-1-1 at 11:44 a.m.
Boulder County Sheriff’s deputies and Longmont Emergency Services removed the body from about three feet of water this afternoon.
The body appeared to have been there a couple of days, West said.
