ORLANDO, Fla. — Florida officials say an Orlando woman is officially a suspect in the disappearance of her 3-year-old daughter.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Office says there’s no new evidence linking 22-year-old Casey Anthony to Caylee Anthony’s vanishing. But they say she’s been uncooperative and provided suspect information.
Caylee was reported missing July 15 but her mother told police she hadn’t seen her since mid-June. Investigators say evidence indicates the girl’s decomposing body was in her mother’s car, but Anthony says she doesn’t know what happened.
