Kansas (6-3) at Nebraska (5-4), 1:30 P.M. (FSN PPV)

Line: Nebraska by 1.

Series Record: Nebraska leads 88-23-3.

Last Meeting: 2008, Kansas 76-39.

What’s at Stake

With Texas and Missouri left on the schedule, this is a must-win situation for Kansas if it hopes to win the North Division. Nebraska needs a win to achieve bowl eligibility.

Key Matchup

Nebraska front seven better do something it failed to do in last week’s 62-28 loss to Oklahoma—pressure the quarterback. It won’t be easy. Kansas’ Todd Reesing is mobile and has a quick release.

Players to watch

Kansas: RB Jake Sharp is coming off a career-high 181-yard, four-touchdown day against Kansas State. He also had five catches for 76 yards. The Jayhawks averaged just 118 yards on the ground over the first five games. That number is up to 182 yards over the last four.

Nebraska: RB Roy Helu Jr. got most of his career-high 157 yards against Oklahoma after the game was out of hand. With starter Marlon Lucky nicked up, Helu could play a lot of meaningful snaps and establish himself as the Huskers’ running back of the future.
