Range Fuels Inc., a cellulosic ethanol developer founded by venture capitalist Vinod Khosla, delayed the opening of its plant in Soperton, Ga., for a year to improve the production process, the company’s chief executive said Friday.
The Broomfield-based company operates a pilot refinery in Denver and during testing found a more efficient method of production, CEO David Aldous said in a telephone interview.
