A 20-year-old woman was killed this morning in a collision between two cars at the intersection of 18th and Illinois streets, authorities say.
The victim’s name has not been released pending notification of family members.
The accident, which happened at 10:50 a.m., is under investigation, according to Sgt. Ryan Custer of the Golden Police Department.
The driver of the second car involved in the crash was not injured, Custer said.
