A Loveland man was arrested Thursday in the Oct. 27 Key Bank robbery in Fort Collins.
Fort Collins police said they arrested Jeremy James Padia, 29, during a traffic stop. Tips provided by citizens and surveillance images helped officers pinpoint the suspect, police said.
Padia faces a charge of aggravated robbery, which includes a jail term of up to 12 years and/or up to $750,000 in fines.
On Oct. 27, police said the suspect walked into the Key Bank and demanded money from a teller. The suspect said he had a gun, but no weapon was shown. No one was injured in the incident.
Padia currently is in custody at the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office Detention Center.
