After a long absence wet weather finally hit the Front Range overnight, with drizzle, rain and freezing rain making roadways slippery for this morning’s commute.
Wet weather should stick around Denver today, with cloudy skies bringing occasional freezing drizzle and fog to the city through mid-afternoon and then areas of drizzle and snow flurries late this afternoon. Today’s high temperature in Denver will top out in the mid 30s, according to the National Weather Service.
The weather is expected to quickly rebound, however, and Denver should have mostly sunny skies tomorrow with a high temperature of around 50. The weekend weather in city should be sunny to partly sunny with highs in the 50s.
