Thanks to a clever new website from Boulder-based Western Analytics, powder monkeys can check real-time traffic reports, weather data and live video feeds from every webcam along Interstate 70 all winter long. Get to the slopes without time-wasting surprises, and it doesn’t stop there.
The free site links to resort webcams and even has virtual, interactive trips down popular ski runs through its Google Earth plug-in.
E-mail traffic alerts and mobile compatibility with iPhones, BlackBerries and others are promised soon.
