TRINIDAD, Colo.—Trinidad police say they have recovered two weapons they believe were used in a double slaying at a local bar last week.

Three men have been arrested in the Nov. 20 fatal shootings of 31-year-old Clifford Maes and 21-year-old Benjamin Griego at the Hollywood Bar in Trinidad, about 180 miles south of Denver.

Twenty-seven-year-old Lukus Sandoval and 34-year-old Ronald Martinez face first-degree murder charges. Martinez originally was arrested on the charge of being an accessory to a crime.

Police Chief Charles Glorioso says 30-year-old Samson Lopez faces charges of being an accessory to a crime and tampering with physical evidence.

Police expect to make more arrests. They are trying to determine a motive in the slaying.

The suspects were arrested Saturday in Lakewood and have been transferred to the Las Animas County jail.
