THORNTON — Thornton firefighters pulled a resident from a home at 9031 Emerson St. on Saturday morning after flames engulfed the house and downed power lines sparked along the ground outside.
The resident was taken to North Suburban Medical Center in Thornton, but the name and condition were not available Sunday.
