Four-year schools: 20.8 percent (19.8 percent in 2007)
Two- and four-year schools combined: 29.9 percent (29.7 percent in 2007)
Schools with highest percentage of students requiring at least one remedial class
Two-year: Pueblo Community College, 69.5 percent
Four-year: Adams State (Alamosa), 66.7 percent
Schools with lowest percentage of students requiring at least one remedial class
Two-year: Arapahoe Community College (Littleton), 43.6 percent
Four-year: University of Colorado-Colorado Springs, 0.5 percent
Students requiring remediation in math
Two-year schools: 39.6 percent
Four-year schools: 15.9 percent
Students requiring remediation in writing
Two-year schools: 36.6 percent
Four-year schools: 9.5 percent
