Where can I find smoked duck breast? The shop that carried it here closed.
— Linda Grimaldi, Colorado Springs
• Game Sales International, 2456 E. 13th St., Loveland, 970-667-4090, sells smoked duck breast to restaurants, grocery stores and individuals. They come one breast to a package, about a pound each, for $14.20 per pound. Owner Brenda Mutchler says she can ship anywhere.
• Oliver’s Meat & Seafood Market, 1312 E. Sixth Ave., Denver, 303-733-4629; and Edwards Meats, 12280 W. 44th Ave., Wheatridge, 303-422-4397, will smoke duck with at least a week’s notice.
• Tony’s Meats in the southern suburbs carries duck breast but not smoked.

Any idea if it is possible to buy a turducken in Denver, rather than through mail order?
— Glenda Mostek
Believe it or not, I saw several rolled turduckens (a turkey stuffed with a duck, stuffed with a chicken) for sale just the other day at King Soopers in Belcaro. I’d call the closest King’s to you and see if they carry the same.
