Qwest announced Monday that Frank Popoff will not seek re-election to its board of directors at Qwest’s annual meeting in May.
Popoff, 73, a former chairman and chief executive of Dow Chemical Co., has served on Qwest’s board since 2000 and served as a director for U S West from 1993 to the time of its merger with Qwest in June 2000.
