A Houston law firm has filed suit on behalf of two passengers on the Continental Airlines plane that crashed at DIA on Dec. 20, claiming negligence of Continental and the plane’s two pilots contributed to the accident.
Attorney Jason Gibson said he filed the suit on behalf of passengers Melissa Craft and Emily Pellegrini to ensure that they are fully compensated for the loss of their personal belongings and to guarantee that their “present and future” medical expenses are covered by Continental.
The lawsuit also aims to get Continental to provide psychological counseling to Craft and Pellegrini, he said. Jeffrey Leib, The Denver Post
