GLENWOOD SPRINGS — Magnolia Hotels, a Denver-based hotel development and management company, on Monday announced a partnership with Roaring Fork Lodge LLC of Glenwood Springs to build and manage The Roaring Fork Lodge, an upscale hotel and condominium project in Glenwood.
With 40 luxury condominiums, 4,500 square feet of meeting space and 106 hotel rooms, the development will be located at the intersection of 27th Street and Midland Avenue. The lodge is expected to open in the spring of 2010.
