A woman accused of taking her son out of state custody without permission has been arrested.
Police say Pamela Cordona, 39, took her son Chance from the Denver Department of Human Services building Saturday. The pair were seen running down a busy Denver street that afternoon.
Denver authorities say the child is OK but that he is a ward of the state and the mother did not have permission to take him. 9News
