BOSTON — Sen. Edward Kennedy will not immediately return to Washington after suffering a seizure shortly after the inauguration of President Barack Obama. A Kennedy spokeswoman said Monday the Massachusetts Democrat will instead work out of Florida, where he previously spent time recuperating from brain-cancer treatment.
