FORT COLLINS, Colo.—A second man has been arrested in the Jan. 12 triple shooting at an apartment near the Colorado State University campus in Fort Collins.
Police say 20-year-old Jeremiah C. Bryant was arrested Wednesday at his home in Fort Collins. He was booked into the Larimer County jail on one count of accessory to first-degree murder and two counts of accessory to attempted first-degree murder.
Authorities believe Bryant was an accomplice to Joshua D. Renn of Loveland, who was arrested last month on suspicion of first-degree murder and two counts of attempted first-degree murder, but has not been formally charged.
Police allege Renn fatally shot 30-year-old Clinton M. Hiney of Fort Collins at an apartment near the CSU campus. They also say he shot and wounded two other men, whose names haven’t been released.
Arrest affidavits for Renn and Bryant have been sealed by a court order.
