Lily Allen, “It’s Not Me, It’s You” (EMI) U.K. tabloid regular and all-around cartoon character Lily Allen is a veteran of the MySpace world at the ripe old age of 23. On her uneven sophomore effort she chronicles the travails of the last few years (drugs, fame, etc.), led by the addictive, self- aware “The Fear.” Allen plays the Ogden Theatre on April 9.

Our vote is yes. T-Pain, Jack Black, E-40 and Julian Casablancas offer guest turns on this two-disc release.John Wenzel
