Yellow pages publisher R.H. Donnelley Corp., which owns Arapahoe County-based Dex Media Inc., was downgraded this week for the second time in three months by Moody’s Investors Service.
Moody’s lowered the corporate rating another two notches to Caa2. The move was based on concern that a “complete debt restructuring represents the best alternative of addressing its currently challenged capital structure.”
