Crocs Inc., the Niwot-based maker of colored clogs, has amended a revolving-credit agreement with Union Bank of California.
Crocs extended the loan’s maturity date to April 2 and agreed to make $1 million in payments on agreed-upon dates before March 27, according to a filing Tuesday.
