Ted’s Montana Grill has expanded its Real Deal menu to lunch. For about $13 per person, you get an appetizer (soup, salad or onion rings), entree (grilled or Caesar chicken salad, cheeseburger or salmon) and a cookie. Dinner deals — appetizer, entree, two sides, cookie — are $16.
