The Rocky Mountain Rage completed a two-day sweep of the Colorado Eagles, winning their Central Hockey League game 5-1 on Friday night at the Budweiser Events Center in Loveland.
Goalkeeper Marty Magers was the star, stopping 45 of 46 shots. Ryan McLeod had a goal and an assist for the Rage, and Daymen Rycroft had two assists. The Eagles, who went 0-for-7 on the power play, got their only goal on a short-handed tally by Riley Nelson.
