University Hill in Boulder will achieve its tilted destiny Thursday when the Cricket Wireless Campus Rail Jam Tour comes crashing in complete with 20 tons of snow, three rails and an open forum for every skier and snowboarder claiming style to show the world what they’ve got.
This grassroots national tour designed to determine the BSOC (as in Big Shredder on Campus) is free and open to the public, starting at 5 p.m. That means riders can literally walk out of a physics lecture and apply their potential energy to the snow-covered course standing 20 feet tall and 100 feet long.
Another Campus Rail Jam Tour event is scheduled for March 25 at noon on the CSU Lory West Lawn in Fort Collins.
