Long-time Denver chef Kevin Taylor will open Kevin Taylor Steak — his seventh eatery — in the aloft Hotel in the Arista development in Broomfield.
The dinner-only 5,342-square-foot restaurant will open in September on the corner of Colony Row and Arista Place.
“I’ve had a comfortable steakhouse concept in mind for some time now and feel Arista’s aloft Hotel is the place to create it,” Taylor said in a press release. “The restaurant and private dining rooms will complement the impressive development by offering high quality food, prime steak, an impressive wine list and great service with personality. We have enjoyed a successful partnership in a very similar hotel environment in downtown Denver,” said Taylor. “The aloft Hotel is a great fit for us; and because of the unique urban nature and ideal location between Denver and Boulder, Arista is the perfect place for our expansion.”
Taylor owns and operates Restaurant Kevin Taylor and Prima Ristorante inside the Hotel Teatro, Kevin Taylor’s at the Opera House inside the Ellie Caulkins Opera House, Palettes at the Denver Art Museum, Kevin Taylor Catering, Limelight Supper Club & Lounge in the Denver Performing Arts Complex, and Rouge at the Teller House in Central City.
