Denver Bronco Daniel Graham has added double-dutch lessons to his free football camp this summer. Registration is from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday at Famous Dave’s Barbecue, 7557 E. 36th Ave. There are 100 spaces for the June 26 high school football camp, 300 spaces for the youth (7-13) football camp and 150 spaces for the double-dutch clinic, both on June 27. Graham and other current and past Broncos will lead the camps. The foundation added the jump-rope element when it “saw the need to support more than football and wanted the opportunity to reach girls and other youth who do not play football,” says spokeswoman Sara Murphy, who grew up jumping through the double ropes in Chicago. “Double dutch supports team work, it’s a way to make at least two friends, it’s great for heart health and is a cost-effective activity.” The camp will be at the Lowry Sports Complex, Lowry Boulevard at Uinta Way.
