DENVER—Police say a Denver woman is being held on suspicion of fatally shooting her boyfriend during an argument.

Officers responded to reports of a shooting Friday at a home in the 2900 block of Pontiac Street. They found a man dead of a shotgun wound to the head. His name hasn’t been released.

Police say the man’s girlfriend, 22-year-old Tatianna Manon-Davis, was at the scene and was hyperventilating. She was taken to a Denver hospital for treatment.

Police say Manon-Davis is now in custody on suspicion of first-degree murder.
