GERING, Neb.—Executives of an auto dealership in Scottsbluff, Neb., face additional charges in the disappearance of 86 vehicles.

The Scotts Bluff County attorney filed an amended complaint in the investigation of Legacy Auto that charges Allen Patch, Rachel Fait and Rick Covello each with 10 counts of theft, 75 counts of attempted theft and 71 counts of certificate violations.

The three were arrested March 12 after the missing vehicles, worth more than $2.5 million, were found in Utah, Wyoming, Las Vegas and Scottsbluff.

A preliminary hearing was held Monday for Fait and Patch.

Scottsbluff police detective Mark Overman testified Fait opened a bank account to deposit money from the sale of the vehicles and set up a new address for the dealership in Colorado so checks could be sent there.
