A young man was killed when he raced his motorcycle into an intersection and hit a car this afternoon, said Greenwood Village Detective Sgt. Patrick Cillo.
The crash happened just after 3 p.m. at Yosemite Street and East Roundtree Avenue. Police aren’t naming the motorcycle rider, pending notification of family, other than to say he is older than 18 but still young, Cillo said.
He died almost instantly in the crash, police said.
