Austin, Texas electro-rock act ripped through a long set of crowd favorites to a packed, sweaty house at the on Friday night. Old and new songs had the audience singing along, reminding me just how varied their catalog is — not to mention how pervasive their music was in my soundtrack of the ’90s. L.A.-based openers played a solid, hard rock set, sweat and spit flying. They sported the same type of muscle shirts I (regretfully) wore in high school and struck shredding poses over a progressive sound. Very nice, boys.
