South University Boulevard near East Vassar Avenue will be a bit more crowded this evening as Denver Water works on a conduit.
Only one lane southbound University will be open in the affected area until the work is completed, Denver Water said in a news release.
Northbound drivers will be detoured at East Yale Avenue onto South Josephine Street for three blocks.
Drivers are advised to avoid the area — especially during this evening’s commute — until work is completed sometime overnight.
