COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—Colorado Springs police say a man and his 61-year-old mother were arrested on suspicion of burglary in an apparent custody dispute.
Authorities say 61-year-old Josephine Ann McCrory and her son, Kurt McCrory, are accused of forcing their way into the home of Kurt McCrory’s ex-wife on Sunday in an attempt to take Kurt McCrory’s 13-year-old son.
Police say a fight ensued, and both Kurt McCrory and his mother were injured and taken to a hospital for treatment.
No phone listing could be found for Kurt McCrory or his mother, and it’s not known whether they have lawyers. Kurt McCrory’s age wasn’t immediately available.
