EVANS, Colo.—Staffers for U.S. Sens. Mark Udall and Michael Bennet are encouraging residents and small business officials to attend a northern Colorado workshop this week to learn about economic stimulus grants.
The staffers will host a workshop in Evans Thursday to educate people about the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. Officials say residents, businesses, non-profits and alternative energy entrepreneurs could benefit from the workshops about how to apply for stimulus grants.
Various federal agencies will conduct presentations until 5 p.m. at the Evans Community Complex.
