AUBURN HILLS, Mich. — Chrysler Group LLC, the automaker created out of the best assets of its bankrupt predecessor, filed a lawsuit seeking to force TRW Automotive Holdings Corp. to ship parts or face a financial penalty.
Chrysler has been assured by TRW the parts will be shipped in time for a planned Monday start of production at some plants, said Mike Palese, a Chrysler spokesman.
