A federal judge has approved an agreement naming a new party to oversee the abandoned 401(k) plan of the defunct Denver Window Corp.
The judge last month named the Ridgeland, Miss.-based accounting firm of Lefoldt & Co. PA to administer the plan. The Labor Department announced the decision Monday.
