BELLFLOWER, Calif. — California health officials have fined Kaiser Permanente’s Bellflower hospital for failing to protect the medical privacy of Nadya Suleman’s octuplets.The Department of Public Health announced the $187,500 fine Thursday. In May, the hospital was fined $250,000 because employees looked at the mother’s medical information.
