The news gets better regarding Rockies top pitching prospect Jhoulys Chacin. In Friday night’s game, the right-hander for Double-A Tulsa threw eight scoreless innings, allowing three hits. It was his first appearance since throwing a scoreless inning with two strikeouts in the Futures Game last Sunday in St. Louis.
