Knowshon Moreno is signed, healthy and officially a Denver Bronco. While the rest of the Broncos players and most of the front-office personnel and coaching staff had today off from training camp, Moreno passed his physical exam and signed his five-year, $23 million contract at the team’s Dove Valley headquarters.
The first running back taken in the 2009 draft and 12th overall, Moreno had been an eight-day holdout until reaching a contract agreement Friday. Moreno will participate in his first training camp practice Sunday afternoon.
