Lil Wayne has been hailed as the future of hip-hop, both for his jittery, borderline cartoonish persona and his considerable prowess on the mic and in record stores. The lineup at his America’s Most Wanted Music Festival — which doubles as KS 107.5’s annual Back to School Jam — certainly makes a case for that. In addition to the New Orleans native and Grammy-winning creator of “Tha Carter” series, the concert features rising stars Young Jeezy, Soulja Boy and Drake — that last one a protege from Wayne’s own Young Money label. The Thursday show at Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre is easily one of the hottest hip-hop shows of the year. $29.75- $125.75. Ticketmaster Demetri Martin is a deadpan stand-up in the tradition of Steven Wright, although the New York comedian has already parlayed his dry one-liners into a more diverse persona than Wright initially did. In addition to writing for “Late Night With Conan O’Brien” and playing correspondent on “The Daily Show,” Martin has his own Comedy Central show and roles on “Flight of the Conchords” and in various upcoming films. He plays the Ellie Caulkins Opera House on Saturday. $35. Ticketmaster
