BOULDER — Boulder is considering a nearly $6 million plan to expand the its recycling operations, to be financed by an increase in the trash tax.
The City Council is expected to discuss the plan Tuesday. The city would buy a 10-acre site to consolidate recycling centers. Three recycling centers, including Eco-Cycle, would begin moving to the new site next year.
