LYONS — Emergency crews rescued a 26-year-old attendee of the Rocky Mountain Folks Festival in Lyons this weekend after she fell approximately 20 feet from the rock cliffs on the east side of the Planet Bluegrass venue.

Crystal Yates-White of Carbondale was transported to a local hospital with moderate injuries to her lower extremities, according to the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies were notified at 7:30 p.m. Saturday that Yates-White had fallen while scree climbing with friends. Daily Camera
