BOULDER — Alex Midyette, who was convicted in February of abusing his 11-week-old son and causing his death in 2006, will not have to serve additional time behind bars for violating the terms of his bail earlier this year.
As part of a plea deal, Midyette pleaded guilty to an added count of felony attempted criminal trespass and was sentenced to 153 days in prison, time that Boulder District Judge Maria Berkenkotter gave him credit for.
