Get to the (needle) point

Littleton’s Western Welcome Week is winding down. But not before today’s Festival Day, featuring parades, vendors, live music and the 50th annual Arts & Crafts Festival. From 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Historic Downtown Littleton. Details at or call 303-794-4870.

Ya se fue!

Fort Collins celebrates its birthday with the three-day New West Fest continuing through Sunday. This year, the event includes “Bohemian Nights,” a live-music lineup with more than 50 bands on five stages, and big-name headliners Melissa Etheridge, above, playing tonight, and Ozomatli, playing Sunday afternoon and known for the bombastic Spanish greeting — Ya se fue! — at the beginning of each show.

A love story for the times

As if relationships weren’t tough enough, Clare (played by Rachel McAdams) is determined to build a life with a man she can only sometimes find in “The Time Traveler’s Wife,” based on the book by Audrey Niffenegger. Eric Bana is Henry, the love interest who suffers from a rare genetic anomaly that causes him to move back and forth in time without control. 1 hour 47 minutes. PG-13.

A cream puff of a flick

in “The Goods: Live Hard, Sell Hard,” Jeremy Piven is a world away from the slick dealmaker he plays on “Entourage.” Piven plays Don Ready, a jack of all trades who is challenged to save a failing car dealership. He and his motley collection of salesmen set about the task while drinking heavily and touring small-town strip clubs. 1 hour, 29 minutes. R.

Bromance blooms

Peter Klaven (Paul Rudd) is about to marry the girl of his dreams. The only hitch in his perfect wedding plans? Peter needs a best man. “I Love You, Man,” out now on DVD, chronicles Peter’s search for a buddy through a series of “man dates.” Rashida Jones and Jason Segel round out the cast. 1 hour, 44 minutes.
