A 44-year-old bicyclist died Thursday night in Weld County when he was hit by one car and then a second vehicle.
Jeff Cleveland of Longmont was riding a bicycle west on Colorado 119 near Weld County Road 7 about 8:50 p.m. when he was hit by a 2006 Hyundai Accent in the right lane of the road, according to the State Patrol.
Cleveland, who died at the scene, is suspected of bicycling under the influence of alcohol, officials said.
