MADISON, Wis. — Video taken from inside a city bus shows a Wisconsin state lawmaker driving through a red light and smashing into a bicyclist.
Democratic Rep. Fred Clark was ticketed for running a red light on Aug. 18. The video was released this week.
Clark didn’t immediately return a message seeking comment. The biker’s injuries were not life-threatening. A police report says Clark told an officer, “I was just not paying attention.”
