BAGHDAD — Iraqi commandos and U.S. forces have arrested a suspect in the 2006 kidnapping and murder of an Iraqi tae kwondo team whose highway ambush became one of the symbols of Iraq’s lawlessness during its worst years of sectarian violence. The U.S. military announced the arrest in a statement Sunday but did not say when it took place or identify the suspect.
