MOGADISHU, Somalia — International naval forces Tuesday hunted for a British couple feared taken by Somali pirates while sailing from the Seychelles islands. A European Union Naval Force helicopter spotted a yacht towing two skiffs about 200 miles from a pirate stronghold, officials said, which suggested it could be the yacht of Paul and Rachel Chandler.
