Prosecutors have filed charges against a Greeley man accused of shooting a friend in the head while they checked football scores at home.
The Weld County district attorney’s office said Wednesday that 37-year-old Timothy William Pollard was charged with second-degree assault, attempted manslaughter, felony menacing and prohibited use of a weapon. Police arrested Pollard after 28-year-old Robert Knorr was shot Sunday. He is expected to survive.
