SAN FRANCISCO — There’s still no word yet when the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge will reopen to traffic. California Department of Transportation spokesman Bart Ney said Sunday that crews were conducting stress tests and modification work. The bridge has been closed since Tuesday night after repairs to a crack failed.
